We use only the best polyester filament. It is long lasting, stiff and cost effective. The majority of trommel screen manufacturers use this filament as original equipment.
Trommel brushes in stock – McCloskey, Retech, Powerscreen, Vermeer / Wildcat , Finlay and RotoScreen 450.
We can make brushes for most trommel screens including: Extec, Lindig, Maxi Screen, Morbark, Rawson, Royer, Screen Machine and Screen USA Trom as well as custom trommels. You can also send us your existing cores to be re-brushed. We also have replacement brush wafers for Doppstadt trommel screens.
Types –
STUB SHAFT – Short shafts welded to ends of brush to mount into pillow block or flange style bearings on your machine.
ROLLER – Trommel brush comes with sealed ball bearings inside brush core. The brush u-bolts to frame of machine.
BUSHINGS – Bushings on each end of brush to slide brush on your shaft.
BRUSH COIL – Slides on your shaft or core.
